PBJ Catering started informally in 2001 by three educators (Pam, Becky and Julie) that saw an opportunity to assist those that wanted the convenience of having a party in their own home while someone else did all the food preparation.
As the quality of presentation and taste of the food became known to more people, the group accepted requests to cater organization dinners, large parties and weddings.
Prior to retiring in 2012, Pam and her husband, Mike, sought to lease a commercial kitchen in Ashville and formally open the current business.
